 The founder and owner of FLORIDA BUSINESS INTERNATIONAL (FBI) is William A (Bill) Baker who has over forty years of small business experience and has been a leading business broker in Central Florida for over twenty years. During these years Bill has been instrumental in the sale and/or purchase of businesses ranging from ice cream carts to numerous franchise and multi million dollar dealership, distribution and service enterprices. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

Having owned and operated businesses for many years Bill realizes that keeping his dealings confidental is absolutely mandatory. Employees, suppliers and vendors do not like change and word of a prospective sale will make these people very edgy. Bill is a stickler for controlling the access to sensitive documents and at one time left a large firm because client tax returns where being shown to unqualified prospects. Similar to a doctor our motto is "DO NO HARM".

MARKETING

The most effective marketing tool for businesses is the inernet and our listings are strategically placed on as many as five web sites. We use direct mailing as well as print media (both newspaper and trade publications) to reach specially qualified prospects when the need arrises. We use other tools that we consider trade secrets. 


SERVICE

 When our clients come to us they have wrestled with some difficult decisions and they expect and deserve to be fully informed throughout the whole process. Sellers are parting with an entity that they have given substantial time and effort to and in many cases have grown from infancy to a thriving enterprise .Buyers are embarking on a new and very exciting adventure and need to preserve and get a return on their investment as well make money. Our consulting clients need answers and are trying to make an informed business decision.
